No returns or refunds on axles if the axle is built to the specifications of your order. Please make sure you get good measurements of your replacement axles. The measurements that we need are the spring center and the hub face, drop or straight configuration.

If for some reason the axle that you ordered does not work (and it is NOT A SPECIAL ORDER AXLE) we would consider a exchange of the axle if you were to pay all shipping or freight cost or you bring the axle to our location. If the axle is a special order (not a standard axle size) we cannot give any credit for the axle.
